Senior CRM Salesforce Engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy Salesforce solutions
• Maintain and optimize Salesforce environments, managing technical debt
• Recommend optimal technical solutions aligned with business needs
• Ensure architectural consistency, scalability, and cost efficiency
• Stay up to date with Salesforce products, technologies, and best practices
• Ensure quality, performance, and reliability of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura), including 1–2 years in a senior or lead role
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, governor limits, and best practices
• Expertise in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud (Net Zero Cloud as a plus)
• Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, SOQL, and SOSL
• Solid understanding of architectural and integration design patterns
• Experience with Salesforce integrations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban), requirements management, and effort estimation
• Excellent communication skills, ability to translate between technical and business language
• Team-oriented, proactive, adaptable mindset
• English at C2 level
• Salesforce certifications and knowledge of Python or AMPscript as an advantage
