Senior C++/Qt Engineer (+Python)

B3 Consulting Poland is looking for a Senior C++/Qt Engineer to join an international team focused on developing advanced orchestrator applications. You will play a key role in integrating cloud and desktop services while modernizing existing codebases within a professional, Agile-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Developing the orchestrator application, which serves as the primary entry point to the design environment.
• Building and maintaining new functionalities using Qt widgets and core framework mechanisms.
• Collaborating on the modernization of existing codebases to improve performance and maintainability.
• Participating in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, feature design, code reviews, and technical documentation.
• Ensuring high code quality through unit and integration testing within an international Scrum team.

Requirements

• Mid to Senior level proficiency in C++ (14/17) with a deep understanding of memory management and polymorphism.
• Proven experience in building desktop applications using Qt6 in a Windows environment.
• Practical knowledge of Python for test automation purposes.
• Strong soft skills, including a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work autonomously.
• Professional proficiency in English (B1/B2) and Polish (C1/native).
