Senior Content Operations & Localization Contractor

Docplanner is seeking a Senior Content Operations & Localization Contractor to scale our machine-readable AI translation system across more than five global markets. You will play a pivotal role in building robust systems, establishing governance, and providing training to ensure that twelve distributed teams operate with consistency and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Scaling the global localization framework to support international expansion.
• Running comprehensive governance and quality control processes for content operations.
• Managing stakeholders and building internal capacity across distributed teams.
• Developing and maintaining structured terminology databases, taxonomies, and knowledge graphs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience leading Content Operations, Localization Management, or Information Architecture projects at scale.
• Proven track record of managing localization efforts across 5+ languages or markets simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience with machine-readable content structures, including glossaries and ontologies.
• Strong facilitation, documentation, and cross-functional team governance skills.
• Fluent professional English proficiency.
