Senior Consulting Analyst (EU based)

ADDENDUM is a global software development and IT team augmentation firm specializing in the fintech, banking, and telecommunications sectors. We are looking for a Senior Consulting Analyst to join our team and support complex projects for clients across the public and enterprise sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead specific project workstreams and coordinate activities within your domain of expertise.
• Provide hands-on operational and functional guidance throughout the project delivery lifecycle.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and detailed analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Prepare clear documentation, reports, and actionable recommendations for our clients.
• Act as a subject-matter resource for discussions regarding public administration, security, risk, or operational change.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, with a Master's degree considered a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience in a consulting or analytical capacity.
• Proficiency in English at a B2-C1 level.
• Relevant certification such as PM2, PRINCE2, PMI, Change Management, or specialized security/intelligence credentials.
• Proven hands-on experience in domains such as the public sector, risk management, security operations, or crime analysis.
• Strong ability to take ownership of workstreams and operate confidently in client-facing environments.
