Senior Consultant, Global HEOR

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Global HEOR team, focusing on helping life sciences organizations navigate complex health economics and market access challenges. In this role, you will take ownership of high-impact projects, translating technical analyses into strategic deliverables for global and local markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HEOR projects, including the development of cost-effectiveness, budget impact, and early economic models.
• Lead client interactions, manage project timelines, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based recommendations.
• Provide mentorship and oversight to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and technical development.
• Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, sales materials, and strategic client presentations.
• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, including the creation of white papers, publications, and conference materials.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of professional experience in consulting or the life sciences industry with a focus on HEOR.
• Expertise in designing and building HTA-ready economic models, including a strong understanding of national frameworks like NICE, SMC, or G-BA.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and VBA; experience with R, Python, or other analytical tools is highly valued.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to structure complex problems and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Graduate-level degree in Life Sciences, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
