Senior Consultant – IT Asset & Contract Mapping

Experis Manpower Group is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead a critical workstream focused on mapping contracts to IT applications, services, and infrastructure components within a complex and regulated environment. This role combines project leadership, stakeholder management, data analysis, and IT governance expertise to establish clear transparency across the organization’s IT landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Contract-to-IT Asset Mapping workstream and coordinate all related project activities.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across Business, Procurement, Vendor Management, and IT functions.
• Define, maintain, and improve mapping methodologies, quality standards, and documentation frameworks.
• Review and validate mappings between contracts, applications, services, and infrastructure components.
• Prepare workstream status reports, progress updates, and management presentations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Consulting, IT Governance, IT Transformation, or IT Service Management.
• Proven experience leading workstreams or projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of IT environments, including applications, services, infrastructure, and cloud.
• Experience working with contract, vendor, service, or asset management data.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
