Senior Consultant- Agentic Change Enablement

Egen is a fast-growing, data-first company dedicated to helping clients drive impact through advanced technology platforms like Google Cloud and Salesforce. We are seeking a strategic Senior Consultant, Agentic Change Enablement, to lead high-impact transformations and serve as the human-side anchor on engagements where technology is only part of the story.

Key responsibilities

• Apply structured change management methodologies to design tailored strategies for complex AI and Workspace transformations.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and conduct change impact analyses to identify risks and opportunities.
• Engage and coach senior leaders, managing resistance to AI and building networks of change champions.
• Develop persona-based learning journeys and compelling narratives to frame AI-driven efficiencies as workforce evolution.
• Lead pilot programs and establish support infrastructure to ensure the permanent adoption of new behaviors.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in organizational change management or management consulting for enterprise-scale technology programs.
• Proven proficiency with change management frameworks, with Prosci (ADKAR) certification strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting cloud or SaaS adoption programs, specifically Google Workspace or Google Cloud.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical AI concepts into business value.
• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
