Senior CMP / M2M Consultant – Security & ENS Certification

PEOPLEMORE P.S.A. is a technology-focused company that builds comprehensive digital projects for clients worldwide. We are currently seeking a Senior CMP / M2M Consultant to join our team and lead security and ENS certification initiatives for our Managed Connectivity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assess ENS certification and security requirements for Managed Connectivity solutions.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable technical, operational, and process changes.
• Perform gap analyses and define necessary measures to address identified security gaps.
• Lead the implementation of required changes within the ongoing CMP migration process.
• Support ENS certification and audit activities from the initial phase through to completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams on product-specific and technical matters while considering standards like NIS2, CRA, and ISO 27001.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Managed Connectivity and M2M environments.
• Practical experience working with Connectivity Management Platforms (CMP).
• Solid understanding of technical and operational aspects of M2M connectivity.
• Proven ability to apply ENS requirements within a technical environment.
• Experience in preparing documentation and supporting audit or certification processes.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently on project workstreams.
• Very good command of English and Polish.
