Senior Cloud Security Operation Analyst

Svitla Systems is seeking a Senior Cloud Security Operation Analyst to join a dynamic team supporting a major logistics platform. You will play a critical role in enhancing cloud security posture, managing incident responses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to protect cloud-native infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and resolve cloud misconfigurations, identity-based vulnerabilities, and overly permissive access policies.
• Monitor real-time signals and investigate threats to protect digital assets and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Review and validate security controls, including identity management, network security, and workload protection.
• Investigate suspicious activities, isolate compromised resources, and mitigate active data exposures.
• Support cloud incident response activities, including containment, root cause analysis, and documentation.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in computer science or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CSSLP, CEH, Security+, or GIAC.
• Hands-on experience with cloud cybersecurity operations, incident response, and cloud-native security tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis and scripting using Python, PowerShell, Bash, SQL, KQL, or similar tools.
• Experience with SIEM, EDR, network security, and security orchestration and automation.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Secret Management, Kubernetes, Containers, and Infrastructure as Code.
