Senior Clinical Trial Supplies Associate - Sponsor-dedicated; Poland/Ireland/UK

Syneos Health is a leading, fully-integrated life sciences services organization dedicated to accelerating customer success in drug development. We are seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Supplies Associate to join our team in a sponsor-dedicated, fully remote capacity, where you will play a critical role in managing complex clinical supply chains and forecasting technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for the N-SIDE forecasting suite and related clinical supply planning technologies.
• Lead study builds, forecasting models, system configurations, and IRT integrations for new clinical trials.
• Partner with clinical supply planners to develop and optimize forecasting models and planning assumptions.
• Represent the clinical supply chain on cross-functional study teams and manage inventory plans.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training materials to support departmental initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, supply chain, business, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in clinical supply chain or pharmaceutical development.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with clinical supply forecasting, inventory planning, or simulation tools.
• Proficiency with N-SIDE, IRT systems, or comparable clinical supply technologies.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.
