Senior CJA Product Modernization Consultant / Engineer (100% Remote)

Allshore Talent is seeking a senior, hands-on CJA Product Modernization Consultant or Engineer to join a high-priority enterprise initiative. You will work within a distributed team to drive a complex Adobe Analytics-to-Customer Journey Analytics transformation, translating modernization strategies into robust technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead detailed analytics requirements and process-discovery sessions with stakeholders.
• Translate measurement requirements into detailed CJA and AEP designs, including XDM schemas and datasets.
• Configure data ingestion, identity namespaces, identity stitching, CJA connections, and data views.
• Build dimensions, metrics, filters, calculated metrics, and sessionization rules.
• Execute data reconciliation and validation across Adobe Analytics, AEP, and source systems.
• Support parallel reporting, testing, defect resolution, and production readiness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, data engineering, or Adobe consulting.
• Direct, hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) implementation is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Platform.
• Proven experience delivering an Adobe Analytics-to-CJA migration.
• At least one official Adobe certification listed on your resume.
• Ability to independently lead a defined workstream in an enterprise environment.
