Senior Change Manager

FERCHAU Poland is seeking a Senior Change Manager to join an international digital transformation program for a global partner. In this role, you will support large-scale digital workplace initiatives, helping organizations successfully adopt modern cloud-based technologies while ensuring high user engagement, business readiness, and smooth transition processes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and implement change management initiatives supporting large digital workplace transformations.
• Evaluate the business impact of upcoming changes and assess organizational preparedness for adoption.
• Ensure effective planning and alignment of change activities across multiple technology releases and implementation waves.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and leadership teams to foster engagement and sponsorship throughout transformation programs.
• Design and monitor success metrics related to user adoption, change effectiveness, and overall business readiness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Change Management within large international organizations.
• Experience supporting Digital Workplace, cloud migration, or digital transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or ACMP.
• Ability to work effectively with senior business stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Professional proficiency in English at a minimum C1 level.
