Senior Change Manager

Your main responsibilities

• Work with Corporate sponsor along with business segment leads to facilitate process for capturing business requirements. This will include organizing stakeholder interviews, design thinking workshops, and formalizing documentation of requirements and consolidating documentation.

• Define overall plan and scope deployment project, including stakeholder mapping, and identifying impacted parties across segments and functions with associated licensing and support cost implications.

• Documentation of Key Design Decisions (KDDs) during the project design phase.

• Follow Mars Project Manager checklist and standard Mars project management processes.

• Responsible for setting up formal framework design and development process in partnership with MGS DT Technical Lead.

• Facilitate recurring meetings and discussion forums for project teams and key stakeholders to monitor progress in agile project management style.

• Ownership of project timeline and managing towards delivery on key dates of major stage gates within the project.

What are we looking for

     • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager / Change Manager

     • Experience in large transformational projects

     • Experience working with so-called Finance and Procurement (AP) systems/solutions

     • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
