Senior Change Manager (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join a project focused on process transformation, supporting a senior director based in the US. You will facilitate Kaizen workshops, guiding teams through change and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is flexible and open to candidates from across Poland, allowing for remote work. Your tasks

• Facilitating recurring Kaizen workshops and events for the assigned team

• Supporting and reporting directly to a senior US-based director throughout the engagement

• Leading change management activities using Kaizen methodology

• Planning and structuring the transformation roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders

• Guiding and coaching cross-functional teams through the process of change

• Monitoring progress, identifying obstacles, and proposing corrective actions

• Ensuring alignment between workshop outcomes and broader organizational goals

• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across defined process areas

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or process transformation

• Hands-on experience with Kaizen methodology, including facilitation of workshops

• Proficiency in Lean Management and Lean Six Sigma (required Black Belt certification)

• Strong understanding of change management frameworks such as Prosci/ADKAR and Kotter's 8-Step Model

• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and process mapping

• Advanced level of English

Nice-to-have requirements

• Previous work in an international environment with US or Western European clients

• Familiarity with tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 5S, PDCA, and A3 Thinking

• Project management background (PMP, PRINCE2 or similar)

• Experience in large-scale organizational transformation programs
