Senior Change IT Manager (f/m/x)

Sii Sp. z o.o. is a leading technology consulting and digital transformation firm, currently seeking a Senior Change IT Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving organizational change and ensuring the successful adoption of new technology infrastructure and network initiatives across our global projects.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for infrastructure and network initiatives, managing stakeholder analysis, communication planning, and readiness tracking.
• Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
• Provide direct coaching and support to managers and supervisors as they guide their teams through complex technological transitions.
• Integrate change management activities into project plans, milestones, and delivery timelines to ensure seamless execution.
• Track and report on risks, readiness indicators, and adoption measures while gathering stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in change management within a corporate or consulting environment.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale transformation projects related to technology infrastructure and IT service management.
• Hands-on knowledge of established change management methodologies such as ADKAR or Prosci.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
