Senior C++ / Qt Developer – Desktop Applications

Square One Resources is seeking a Senior C++ / Qt Developer to join an international project focused on developing modern, high-performance desktop applications. You will work on a large-scale codebase, contributing to architecture, code quality, and the overall evolution of products used in a global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Developing modern, reliable desktop applications using C++ and Qt.
• Designing and implementing new features while improving existing functionality.
• Contributing to software architecture and making key technical decisions.
• Maintaining and improving a large existing codebase with a focus on clean, well-tested code.
• Collaborating with an international team within an Agile environment.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience with C++ and modern software engineering principles.
• Practical experience with Qt and desktop application development.
• Strong knowledge of Windows or macOS development environments.
• Experience with testing, Continuous Integration (CI), and code review processes.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, with the ability to work effectively in an international organization.
