Senior Business Project and Program Manager

Winged IT is seeking a Senior Business Project and Program Manager to join a leading global biotech company. This role focuses on business-oriented program management within the Diagnostics division, where you will lead the Service AI portfolio, including Service Copilot, chatbots, and automated support systems, to drive global service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Service AI Program Roadmap end to end, ensuring alignment with Global Service Leadership priorities and budget control.
• Translate strategic objectives into clear plans, milestones, and measurable business outcomes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary business streams, regional teams, and external partners to ensure effective execution.
• Facilitate alignment between global strategy and regional business needs while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Define and monitor operational KPIs to track adoption, cost avoidance, and improvements in customer service outcomes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in large-scale business transformation programs within global matrix organizations.
• Strong experience managing complex stakeholder environments involving senior executives and regional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills with the ability to influence without authority.
• Project or program management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum is strongly preferred.
