Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Simply Protein for Pets is a leading provider of high-protein, natural pet nutrition solutions dedicated to promoting healthier lives for pets. We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to serve as a key cross-functional partner, responsible for organizing, analyzing, and visualizing business data to support strategic decision-making across our organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership, finance, operations, and marketing teams to identify and prioritize key business metrics and reporting needs.
• Develop and maintain automated dashboards and data visualizations to support operational and financial decision-making.
• Extract, clean, and structure large datasets from ERP, eCommerce, and operational systems to improve data accessibility.
• Translate complex business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data pipelines, reporting architecture, and system integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 4–7 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or strategic finance with a track record of building reporting infrastructure.
• Advanced SQL skills and extensive experience working with relational databases and large datasets.
• Proficiency in at least one major BI/visualization platform such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling capabilities with the ability to communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
