Senior Business Execution Strategist

We are seeking a Senior Business Execution Strategist to join our Product & Investment Management team, acting as a vital link between strategic vision and operational delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex business initiatives by defining objectives, assessing financial and operational impact, and recommending actionable strategies to senior leadership.
• Develop a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive trends, and technology shifts, with a specific focus on the evolving AI landscape.
• Manage cross-functional workstreams from concept through pilot and launch, establishing clear milestones, KPIs, and risk mitigation plans.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align teams, influence decision-making, and prepare high-impact materials for executive and board-level engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, financial services, fintech, or business execution.
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives, including strategic framing, stakeholder alignment, and outcome tracking.
• Strong analytical toolkit with proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into executive-level presentations.
