(Senior) Business Application Specialist - Veeva Vault

Coloplast Business Centre is looking for a (Senior) Business Application Specialist to join our global team. You will play a key role in supporting and optimizing business-critical GxP applications, specifically Veeva Vault, ensuring they remain robust, validated, and aligned with global quality standards to support patient safety.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a Business Owner for Veeva Vault and provide 2nd-level functional support to global users.
• Drive system changes and enhancements in collaboration with IT, vendors, and global stakeholders.
• Maintain system documentation, governance, user access, and security compliance.
• Develop and deliver system training materials and conduct training sessions for the organization.
• Ensure Veeva Vault metadata quality and contribute to data governance initiatives.

Requirements

• Relevant academic degree in Life Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role as a system owner or SME in the GxP domain.
• Strong ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions, translating requirements effectively.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and strong stakeholder management skills.
