Senior Business and Data Analyst

Baltic Amadeus is seeking a Senior Business and Data Analyst to join a banking project focused on treasury, securitisation reporting, and data governance. You will play a key role in ensuring BCBS239 compliance and improving data lineage across complex financial systems.

Key responsibilities

• Document data lineage, data governance processes, and reporting-related data flows.
• Perform source-to-target data mapping and review data requirements for reporting initiatives.
• Support UAT planning, execution, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Product Owners, BI, and IT teams to ensure the delivery of securitisation-related initiatives.
• Maintain data dictionaries, glossaries, and business process documentation.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in banking, regulatory reporting, and securitisation-related reporting structures.
• Strong proficiency with SQL and experience with DWVault and BDS queries.
• Deep understanding of source-to-target mapping, data quality testing, and data validation.
• Knowledge of COREP and ESMA securitisation reporting standards.
• Ability to document business processes using BPMN 2.0 and excellent analytical skills.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
