Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner - eFX trading

VISTULO is seeking a Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner to lead end-to-end delivery for an in-house electronic FX platform. You will work with a top North American bank, managing the full lifecycle of FX products from initial requirements gathering to production release and testing.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for an FX platform supporting institutional pricing and client-facing execution.
• Analyze and scope new requirements, writing BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive projects through build, integration, and release while collaborating with Trading, Sales, and Engineering teams.
• Perform end-to-end trade lifecycle testing and ensure accurate reconciliation for clients.
• Support client onboarding and API integration setups.

Requirements

• 10+ years of capital markets experience with deep expertise in electronic FX products like spots, forwards, swaps, and NDFs.
• Strong understanding of the full FX trade lifecycle, including pricing, hedging, and settlement.
• Hands-on experience with FIX protocol, REST APIs, and message-based integrations.
• Proven ability to lead requirements gathering and manage product backlogs with minimal oversight.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across diverse business and technical stakeholders.
