emagine Polska is looking for a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a consultant assignment focused on supporting business analysis, process improvements, and solution implementation within a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Kinaxis software to drive transformation initiatives and ensure seamless alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and document complex business requirements to support organizational goals.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate workshops and drive solution alignment.
• Support process optimization and business transformation initiatives through expert analysis.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for implementation.
• Leverage Kinaxis expertise to support continuous improvement and system efficiency.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience as a Business Analyst in large, international organizations.
• Strong practical experience with Kinaxis software is mandatory for this role.
• Proven experience working with the Kinaxis SCE (Supply Chain Execution) platform.
• Excellent analytical skills combined with a high level of proficiency in stakeholder management.
• Fluency in English, enabling effective communication in a global environment.
