Senior Business Analyst (Veeva)

emagine Polska is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Veeva CTMS to join our team for a long-term project. You will play a pivotal role in driving clinical system development, ensuring that our solutions meet complex business needs through a data-driven and agile approach.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end initiatives within the clinical systems domain with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, UX designers, and technical teams to discover and define effective solutions.
• Perform impact analysis and provide input on cost, effort, and value trade-offs for proposed features.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to identify root causes and desired outcomes.
• Manage communication, training, and change adoption activities for assigned projects.

Requirements

• Extensive domain knowledge of CTMS and hands-on experience with Veeva Clinical/CTMS platforms.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the clinical systems management sector.
• Strong ability to frame problems and design experiments using a hypothesis-driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience in building applications for risk-based monitoring and data-driven development.
