Senior Business Analyst (SaaS/AI)

KYP.ai is a process intelligence platform designed for Agentic AI, helping global enterprises reveal how work happens and enabling AI agents with real business context. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team, working at the intersection of product strategy, technical depth, and customer value to shape the future of our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex business needs into implementable features while evaluating risks and opportunities.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify new functionalities that ensure our product remains a leader in productivity mining.
• Create detailed Epics, User Stories, and Use Cases with clear acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to backlog planning and task prioritization.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO, development teams, and customers to surface real needs before they become technical specifications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a product role such as BA, PM, or PO on complex SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Ability to read technical architecture and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• Strong UX thinking and the ability to integrate it into the product development process.
• Experience or a deep interest in process intelligence, task mining, or automation technologies.
• Proficiency in documentation standards like BPMN and UML, combined with the ability to think critically beyond templates.
