Senior Business Analyst – Regulatory Reporting

YOUR ITEAMS sp. z o.o. is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and support the design and delivery of robust, compliant, and efficient regulatory reporting solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex regulatory expectations and technical implementation, working closely with Finance, Data, and IT stakeholders to ensure high-quality, auditable reporting outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and implement new business and regulatory reporting requirements, ensuring alignment with supervisory expectations.
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear business, functional, and data specifications, including validation logic.
• Drive the automation of manual reporting processes and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Analyse financial datasets and data flows to support accurate and consistent reporting outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritise work, and support delivery activities.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in banking regulatory reporting or related functions with senior-level responsibilities.
• Strong hands-on experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, and business process modelling.
• Proficiency in SQL and practical experience with reporting and data extraction tools.
• Solid understanding of data literacy, data warehouse concepts, and software development methodologies.
• Proven track record of working in Agile environments with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
