Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between complex business needs and scalable technical solutions within a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end discovery processes, from stakeholder interviews to technical deep dives.
• Translate business requirements into clear, testable, and prioritized documentation.
• Map complex processes and systems using BPMN and UML to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to shape scalable, future-proof architectures and validate technical feasibility.
• Lead requirements capture during presales and RFP processes to build credibility with C-level stakeholders.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in IT or technical Business Analyst roles across multiple industries.
• Proven track record in enterprise-scale, multi-system integration projects.
• Mastery of BPMN/UML, process mapping, and a solid understanding of APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis tools like Power BI or Looker.
• Elite-level facilitation and communication skills with an excellent command of English (C1+).
