Senior Business Analyst

Pretius is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and support strategic transformation initiatives within Compliance Services. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of complex enterprise projects.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business and technical requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate effectively with both business and technology stakeholders.
• Analyze, map, and optimize complex business processes and workflows.
• Create user stories and manage requirements throughout the entire delivery lifecycle.
• Support testing, UAT, migration activities, and overall business readiness for new solutions.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in technology or business transformation projects.
• Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, process analysis, and technical documentation.
• Proven ability to work effectively across diverse business and technical teams.
• Experience supporting system migrations, platform transformations, or technology modernization initiatives.
• Solid understanding of system integrations, data flows, and complex enterprise application landscapes.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments and excellent stakeholder management skills.
