Senior Business Analyst

Westcode is seeking experienced Senior Business Analysts to join our team and support high-impact technology projects within the banking and financial services sectors. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, transforming complex financial processes into clear, actionable requirements for successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Gathering and analyzing business and functional requirements to support critical technology programs.
• Translating complex business needs into delivery-ready user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Conducting process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessments across various systems.
• Collaborating closely with Product Owners, architects, and engineering teams to ensure alignment.
• Supporting solution design and implementation decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Proven commercial experience within banking, investment banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in requirements analysis and process modeling.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using tools such as Jira and Confluence for project management.
