Senior Business Analyst

co.brick Talents is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a significant healthcare initiative dedicated to the development and maintenance of a large-scale medical database. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between complex domain needs and technical implementation by leading the requirements engineering process.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, specify, and detail functional and non-functional requirements, features, and actionable User Stories for development teams.
• Create detailed analytical artifacts including Use Case diagrams, State diagrams, Entity-Relationship models, and Interaction diagrams.
• Utilize formal modeling languages such as ArchiMate, BPMN, and UML to map business processes to technical database and system structures.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure that system specifications align with the long-term evolution of the medical database.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of commercial experience in business analysis and system modeling within large-scale, complex software environments.
• Advanced proficiency in BPMN, UML, ArchiMate, or equivalent visual modeling frameworks.
• Deep expertise in drafting comprehensive User Stories, ER diagrams, state machines, and system interaction flows.
• Background or strong familiarity with medical, healthcare, or high-compliance database projects.
