Senior Business Analyst

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with key business stakeholders.
• Analyze, document, and translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements.
• Design high-level architecture and solution concepts specifically for digital asset custody platforms.
• Prepare comprehensive architectural documentation, strategic recommendations, and detailed solution analyses.
• Provide expert guidance on custody operating models, digital assets, and blockchain technologies to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience as a Business Analyst, Solution Architect, or Subject Matter Expert within the banking or financial services sector.
• Hands-on knowledge of digital assets, blockchain/DLT technologies, and custody platforms, with preference for the Metaco or Ripple Custody ecosystem.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and design high-level solution architectures.
• Excellent consulting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
