Senior Business Analyst

emagine Polska is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner to join a dynamic team within a savings bank environment. This role focuses on driving actionable results by bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation to enhance banking processes.

Key responsibilities

• Creating and prioritizing user stories in close cooperation with specialist departments.
• Developing complete business cases, including cost-benefit analyses and decision templates.
• Managing stakeholders on both the specialist department and IT sides.
• Ensuring that requirements are documented in a compliant manner according to SOC2 and ISO 27001 standards.
• Identifying AI potential within the assigned workstream.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in a banking environment.
• Proven experience in creating comprehensive business cases beyond just user stories.
• Strong experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Fluent German language skills (C1+ level) are mandatory for this position.
