Senior Business Analyst

Grape Up is a technology consulting firm dedicated to driving software innovation through cloud and AI solutions. We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join an ambitious initiative focused on modernizing a complex airport management software suite.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the client’s Product Owner within the delivery Scrum team to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
• Manage the product backlog by translating complex requirements into well-defined items and facilitating refinement sessions.
• Utilize advanced AI/LLM-powered tools to analyze legacy systems, optimize processes, and accelerate decision-making.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to mitigate risks, address blockers, and drive continuous discovery.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including process flows and high-quality User Stories, while acting as a trusted advisor to the client.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in senior, product-focused roles such as Business Analyst or Product Owner, working directly with development teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with requirements exploration techniques and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from complex systems and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills in English, enabling seamless cooperation with international teams and stakeholders.
• Consulting mindset with the ability to influence decisions and drive solution discovery beyond basic requirements gathering.
