Senior Business Analyst

Ciklum is a global product engineering company seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team. You will play a key role in a large-scale digital transformation project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to modernize government platforms and deliver high-impact solutions for international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze capability gaps and propose strategic improvement methods for complex business challenges.
• Identify and define core business needs while managing the requirements lifecycle from planning to delivery.
• Facilitate high-stakes workshops to drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
• Govern solution scope and manage backlogs to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Mentor team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of IT industry experience with a strong background in defining solutions from concept to production.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and comprehensive experience in establishing BA processes.
• Advanced proficiency in UML and BPMN modeling, as well as requirements management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and data modeling.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to top-tier management.
