Senior Business Analyst

co.brick Talents is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a client project focused on PeopleSoft Supply Chain Management. This role involves bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions, ensuring the effective implementation and optimization of core SCM modules within a 12-month engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, requirements elaboration workshops, and stakeholder interviews to define project scope.
• Create detailed functional specifications, process flows, and user stories while maintaining requirements traceability.
• Partner with development teams to define, validate, and evaluate technical solutions through thorough impact analysis.
• Design test scenarios and support System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing, including defect triage and verification.
• Support deployment planning, change management, and user training while providing mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in systems analysis with at least 3 years dedicated to PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM.
• Hands-on expertise in PeopleSoft 9.2 modules including Inventory Management, Order Management, Warehouse Operations, and Manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, including APIs, web services, middleware, and data interfaces.
• Solid grasp of core supply chain, warehousing, and manufacturing business processes.
• Exceptional analytical and stakeholder management skills combined with a relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
