Senior Business Analyst

P&P Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and support critical regulatory reporting initiatives within the banking sector. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions, ensuring compliance and process efficiency in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing and implementing complex business and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Translating regulatory rules and validation logic into clear, actionable data requirements.
• Identifying opportunities to automate manual, file-based processes to reduce operational adjustments.
• Acting as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure project alignment.
• Analyzing financial data using SQL and contributing to the design of robust data warehouse solutions.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in banking regulatory reporting processes and financial data frameworks.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on requirements engineering and process optimization.
• Advanced SQL skills and a solid understanding of data warehouse concepts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to navigate cross-functional environments.
• Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence for documentation and task management.
• Fluent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
