Senior Business Analyst

NTIATIVE is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a product-focused technology company building advanced streaming media and communication software. In this role, you will shape the evolution of complex software solutions by translating business needs into clear functional designs and actionable requirements while working within an international, cross-functional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements to support product development.
• Translate product ideas into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Create visual models, prototypes, and process diagrams using tools like Figma and Draw.io.
• Identify solution gaps, risks, and dependencies throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with developers, stakeholders, and Scrum teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation.

Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development environments.
• Strong proficiency in UML, BPMN, User Stories, and process modelling techniques.
• Proven ability to create clear functional and technical documentation.
• Extensive experience working within Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Figma, combined with fluent English communication skills.
