Senior Business Analyst – OT / Control Systems (Energy & Utilities)

Spyrosoft is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team and support digital transformation projects within the Energy and Utilities sector. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between complex business needs and technical implementation, specifically focusing on Operational Technology and Control Systems.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements in collaboration with clients and technical teams.
• Work extensively with OT and Control Systems, including ADMS, OMS, DERMS, AMI, and SCADA.
• Conduct business process analysis, mapping, and optimisation to identify improvement opportunities.
• Perform gap analysis between existing business processes, systems, and proposed solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation including BRD, functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Energy and Utilities sector.
• Practical experience with at least one of the following: ADMS, OMS, DERMS, AMI, or SCADA.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, requirements engineering, and gap analysis.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication skills with English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
