Senior Business Analyst (LIMS)

7N is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a project within the healthcare technology industry. You will participate in the development and implementation of a custom Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for the pharmaceutical sector, focusing on defining requirements for customization, configuration, and system integration.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular sessions with business stakeholders to document process flows, data flows, and user requirements.
• Review designs and approaches with the business to collect feedback prior to implementation.
• Demo the system to stakeholders, document feedback, and manage the product backlog.
• Ensure clear communication and effective stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a business analyst.
• Experience working within a validated environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence, with experience in Agile SDLC.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a persistent approach to problem-solving.
