Senior Business Analyst / IT Business Partner (CRM)

CYCLAD is looking for a Senior Business Analyst / IT Business Partner to join our team and act as a strategic advisor for our commercial and sales stakeholders. In this fully remote role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions, taking end-to-end ownership of CRM platforms and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex business needs into actionable technology roadmaps and solutions for Sales and Commercial teams.
• Manage the full lifecycle of CRM platforms, including configuration, releases, UAT processes, and system enhancements.
• Ensure data integrity, system stability, and compliance with security and architecture governance standards.
• Coordinate Azure-based integrations and oversee the performance of external vendors and delivery partners.
• Support the adoption of innovative AI solutions and GenAI tools to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst or IT Business Partner with a focus on CRM systems.
• Proven track record in application lifecycle management and managing business-critical software.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Solid understanding of cloud environments, integration architectures, and security compliance.
• Availability to collaborate effectively within UK and Ireland business hours.
