As a Senior Business Analyst in Financial Markets, you will be working for our client, a global leader in banking and financial services.
You will help shape innovative trading solutions by analyzing, modeling, and documenting complex business processes within FX, Treasury, and Market Data environments. This role offers a unique chance to be at the forefront of market data integration and trade lifecycle management, driving impactful change in the financial sector.

Your main responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business processes related to FX trading, Market Data, and Trade Lifecycle Management.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and external vendors to gather and refine requirements through workshops and active engagement.
• Contribute to the design and testing of IT solutions supporting Front Office and Treasury activities.
• Support the implementation and deployment of trading tools, ensuring seamless adoption and operation.
• Assist in incident analysis and problem resolution to optimize trading systems.
• Participate in market data analysis, FX pricing, and valuation of currency instruments.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking, finance, or fintech projects.
• Strong knowledge of FX markets (Spot, Forward, Swap), Market Data, and Trade Lifecycle.
• Experience working with Trading/Treasury processes and IT projects.
• Proficiency in analyzing, modeling, and documenting complex business workflows.
• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Experience with systems such as Murex, Calypso, Bloomberg FXGO, 360T, FXall, Bloomberg, or Refinitiv/LSEG.
• Prior involvement in integration projects or treasury/markets-related initiatives.
• Knowledge of pricing FX instruments and market data sources.
• Certification or additional training in financial analysis or project management.

Language Required for the role:
Fluent in Polish and English.
