Senior Business Analyst (Digital & AI Transformation)

BPX S.A. is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a large-scale digital and AI transformation programme for a global FMCG leader. You will work within an international team to deliver data-driven solutions that enhance procurement, sourcing efficiency, and supply-risk visibility using modern cloud and AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business workshops and gather requirements from international stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Manage and refine the product backlog while creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Solution Architects, and BI teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Support Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning and Backlog Grooming.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and maintain end-to-end requirements traceability.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments.
• Proven track record in delivering digital products, data, or analytics solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including Boards, User Stories, and Test Plans.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills with fluent English (C1+).
• Ability to work independently in fast-changing environments with evolving requirements.
