Senior Business Analyst – Corporate Credit & Banking Technology

ITDS Polska is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a team dedicated to building innovative banking solutions and cloud platforms for a leader in the financial industry. You will play a vital role in delivering cutting-edge projects within the corporate credit space, enabling seamless digital transformation and enhanced client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder workshops, translating needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
• Plan and organize analytical activities, develop project timelines, prioritize tasks, and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to maintain project stability and quality.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation, including requirements and process flowcharts.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and transparency.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the banking, finance, or credit sectors.
• Strong knowledge of corporate credit processes and financial products.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with analysis tools and project management software, including JIRA and MS Office tools.
• Excellent command of English (C1 level) and fluent Polish language skills.
