Senior Business Analyst (BPMN / UML)

Inuits is seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to act as a bridge between business units and ICT teams within a major European public institution. You will be responsible for driving process improvements and delivering comprehensive business analysis for a portfolio of projects, ensuring that IT solutions align perfectly with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, and document complex business requirements and user stories.
• Model business processes, value streams, and data structures using BPMN and UML standards.
• Prepare detailed business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Identify and validate business process improvements to support organizational goals.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years specifically in a Business Analyst role.
• Expert proficiency in BPMN and UML, including capability, activity, and state diagrams.
• Hands-on experience with professional modelling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect or ARIS.
• Proven track record in business process improvement projects and full software solution lifecycles.
• Strong command of English at a C1 level or higher, combined with EU citizenship and the ability to work on a B2B basis.
