Senior Business Analyst (B2B)

Reply Polska is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our network of specialized companies. We support leading European industrial groups in defining and developing business models enabled by new paradigms such as AI, Cloud Computing, and Digital Media, and we are seeking an experienced professional to help drive these digital transformations.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, including the creation and maintenance of user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers and UX/UI designers to ensure the implementation of clear and detailed requirements.
• Manage stakeholders across multiple markets and complex regulatory environments.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and ensure that all stories meet the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done.
• Ensure that all requirements adhere to regulatory and data protection standards, including GDPR, while maintaining full traceability to implementation.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst working within agile environments.
• Completed studies in business analysis, project management, business informatics, or a comparable field.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar backlog management tools.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management within large-scale organizations.
• Conceptual understanding of frontend technologies, APIs, and microservices.
• Fluency in both English and Polish, both written and spoken.
