Senior Business Analyst – Pricing, Tableau & Data Readiness

BPX S.A. is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a large-scale international transformation program within the energy sector. This role sits at the intersection of Pricing, Business Intelligence, Data Readiness, and AI-enabled transformation, requiring a professional who can bridge the gap between complex business needs and technical data solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Leading discovery sessions and business workshops to define project scope.
• Gathering and analyzing business, functional, and reporting requirements.
• Defining KPIs, business rules, and acceptance criteria for analytical solutions.
• Analyzing data sources, data quality, and potential gaps to support BI development.
• Coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and supporting the rollout of new solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, BI Analyst, or Data Analyst in complex environments.
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Practical experience with KPI reporting, analytics, or data-driven decision support.
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience collaborating with technical teams.
• Proficiency in English and a strong background in Tableau, Pricing, or Finance.
