Senior Business Analyst - SAP

We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to a major project focused on the transformation and consolidation of an international ERP landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to reporting, analytics, and ERP transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders to define and standardize reporting requirements, KPIs, and analytical solutions.
• Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications for dashboards and analytics.
• Analyze SAP data structures and flows to support the design of standardized reporting solutions.
• Work closely with IT teams, Data Engineers, and BI Developers throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience supporting ERP transformation, consolidation, or unification initiatives.
• Practical knowledge of SAP and the ability to navigate complex SAP data structures.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data quality, and master data concepts.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with fluent English.
