Senior Business Analyst - Health Insurance (Fully Remote)

CoverGo is a leading global no-code insurance platform dedicated to making insurance fully digital and accessible. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in the health insurance sector to join our international, diverse, and fully remote team.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and technical teams to identify business challenges and design effective analytical solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
• Design and oversee test case scenarios to ensure all client requirements are accurately reflected in system designs.
• Support the full project lifecycle, including QA, UAT, and release phases, through defect analysis and change management.
• Provide time estimates for project tasks and contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within the health insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of business analysis concepts, including requirements gathering and Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and manage work across epics and sprints.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet project deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
