Senior BMC Helix Developer

emagine Polska is seeking a Senior BMC Helix Developer to provide expert hands-on development and operational support. This role is essential for facilitating knowledge transfer, ensuring platform stability, and driving the internalization of BMC Helix ITSM capabilities within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in technical knowledge transfer and reversibility activities to ensure team autonomy.
• Provide expert L3 technical support for the BMC Helix ITSM platform.
• Deliver technical developments from the ITSM backlog, including bug fixes and system enhancements.
• Develop and maintain robust solutions across the BMC Helix ITSM ecosystem.
• Contribute to ongoing ITSM transformation initiatives and project deliveries.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years specifically in BMC Remedy or BMC Helix development.
• Proven track record in senior development roles with strong expertise in operational support.
• Deep technical knowledge of BMC Helix ITSM, including Digital Workplace, Service Catalogue, CMDB, and complex workflows.
• Proficiency in working with REST APIs and managing system integrations.
• Strong analytical skills for L3 incident resolution and debugging.
• Excellent communication skills in English, including the ability to create clear technical documentation.
