Senior BIM Developer

INFOPLUS TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a highly skilled Senior BIM Developer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. You will play a pivotal role in developing an innovative AI-assisted commissionability review platform designed to analyze BIM/IFC models and engineering schematics to identify design issues and provide intelligent, model-linked recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced web-based BIM applications for AI-assisted commissionability reviews.
• Process and analyze IFC/BIM models, metadata, and complex engineering system information.
• Integrate IFC model viewers, PDF parsing capabilities, and AI agent frameworks into the core solution.
• Collaborate with commissioning subject matter experts to validate outputs and refine AI accuracy.
• Design workflows for extracting and analyzing BIM model properties and contextual data.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in BIM development, IFC data structures, and BuildingSMART standards.
• Proficiency in C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript development technologies.
• Hands-on experience with web-based BIM viewers such as xeokit, IFC.js, or Autodesk Forge.
• Strong background in AI/LLM integrations, Agentic AI frameworks, and RAG solutions.
• Deep understanding of spatial geometry, 3D model processing, and engineering systems.
